The design process and user stories
As a User Experience Designer in the team, I was responsible for creating, evaluating, and modifying wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and prototypes to support software application development of Taleo Performance Management products.
I developed and applied UX design and usability processes in the investigation of technical problems.
Identifying the user problem is always where we get started for our design process. One of the critical topics for the Taleo Performance Management tool is to understand both employees and managers’ pain points for doing their daily job.
